Services & Rates

Consultation, Assessment, Initial Plan Development

60-90 minutes: $150

The initial service involves a comprehensive session designed to consult, assess, and plan for the your wellness journey. This will include a complementary training session, which we will schedule during the consultation. 

 

1. Personalized Consultation: During this consultation, we will engage in a thorough discussion to understand your goals, challenges, and motivations. This helps me gather insights into their preferences and expectations. At this time I can address any questions you may have about the process and provide information on how the program can work for you. 

 

2. Initial Assessment: We begin with a detailed evaluation of your current health status, including your physical fitness, body composition, medical history, and lifestyle factors. This might involve measuring body metrics, assessing strength, flexibility, and endurance, and discussing your dietary habits and any existing health concerns.

 

3. Customized Plan Creation: Based on the assessment and consultation, I will develop a personalized wellness plan. This plan includes tailored recommendations for nutrition, exercise, and reasonable lifestyle changes. I will outline specific goals, actionable steps, and a timeline to track progress. I’ll offer guidance on how to implement the plan effectively and how to overcome potential obstacles.

 

This initial service sets the foundation for a successful program by ensuring the plan is aligned with the your unique needs and goals, paving the way for ongoing support and adjustment as we progress.

On-Site Personal Training

60 minutes: $60
30 minutes: $35
60 Minutes X 4 or more sessions:: 150+ Per Month

General Fitness: Guided training based on your custom workout plan focusing on technique, strength, endurance, and overall fitness

 

* Subscription: The rate will vary based on number of sessions per week, length of subscription.  Includes private access to gym 24-7 so long as there are no sessions going on and it hasn't been booked beyond the limit of 2 people at a time.  

**Cancelations: Incase of cancelation up to two sessions can be banked and rescheduled at a time. The rate will vary based on number of sessions per week, distance, and length of subscription.  

On-Site Specialty Training

60 Minutes X 4 or more sessions: 175-325 Per Month

Corrective exercise is only offered through subscription to ensure the necessary consistency for such programs to have lasting affects. The rate will vary based on number of sessions per week, length of subscription.  Includes private access to gym 24-7 so long as there are no sessions going on and it hasn't been booked beyond the limit of 2 people at a time.  

Corrective Exercise: Targeted exercises to address imbalances, injuries, or postural issues.

Special Populations: Programs tailored for specific needs like elderly clients, those with chronic conditions, pregnant, etc.

*Cancelations: Incase of cancelation up to two sessions can be banked and rescheduled at a time. The rate will vary based on number of sessions per week, distance, and length of subscription.  

Traveling Personal Training

45 minutes: $55

General Fitness: Guided training based on your custom workout plan focusing on technique, strength, endurance, and overall fitness. I will travel to you and bring the necessary equipment for your session, please plan for 15 minute before and after session for set up and clean up. 

There will be a travel fee of $0.50 per traveled mile from 304 S. Taylor St. Cherry, Illinois.

*Travel appointments in the same area will try to be scheduled close together and travel fee will be split evenly across them. 

Traveling Specialty Training Subscription

60 Minutes X 4 or more sessions: 175-325 Per Month

Fat Reduction Subscription Bundle

45-60 Minutes X 4 or more sessions:: $200+ Per Month

As a physical wellness coach specializing in body fat reduction, I offer a comprehensive service designed to help you achieve your health and fitness goals. This program combines expert guidance in both nutrition and physical training.

 

1. Personalized Assessment: You start with a thorough evaluation of each client’s current health status, including their body composition, fitness level, and dietary habits. This helps tailor a program that suits their specific needs.

 

2. Customized Nutrition Plans: Based on the assessment, you create personalized nutrition plans that focus on calorie control, macronutrient balance, and healthy eating habits. You educate clients on making nutritious food choices and how to maintain a balanced diet.

 

3. Tailored Exercise Regimens: You design exercise programs that incorporate cardiovascular, strength, and flexibility training. These workouts are customized to fit the client's fitness level, preferences, and goals, ensuring they are effective for fat loss and overall health improvement.

 

4. Ongoing Support and Monitoring: You provide regular check-ins and progress tracking to adjust the program as needed. This includes analyzing changes in body composition, reviewing dietary adherence, and modifying workouts to keep clients motivated and on track.

 

5. Education and Empowerment: Beyond immediate goals, you focus on educating clients about sustainable lifestyle changes, teaching them how to maintain their results long-term, and empowering them to make informed health decisions.
